Coordination of the project.

WP Leader: UNIVERSITY OF THESSALY

Objectives

The main objective of WP8 is the efficient management of the entire project, in order to ensure its successful progress and completion. Towards this purpose, the coordinator will

1. •develop standard protocols, common procedures and formats to be followed by the partners;
   

2. •monitor closely and constantly the activities of each partner;
   

3. •continuously evaluate the progress of the research project
   

Specific goals of the coordination activity are the following:

1. •The analysis and transfer of acquired know-how among the different work packages
   

2. •The compilation of all results and preparation of final report
   

3. •The identification of future needs
   

4. •The dissemination of results to the European gas and oil industry, as well as the steel pipe industry, and the relevant codes and standards organisations
