Objectives

The main objective of this workpackage (WP5) is the development of a complete set of design guidelines / recommendations for the seismic analysis and design of industrial liquid storage tanks. The guidelines will be compatible with the existing Eurocode design framework, and will extend the existing rules of Eurocode 8 (EN 1998-4).
